The concept begins with a disciplined geometric framework. Large floor plates are organized to accommodate high-density operations while maintaining comfort, daylight, and intuitive circulation. Service and support zones are arranged along a clear structural rhythm, ensuring seamless interaction between departments and minimizing cross-flow conflicts. This clarity is essential for an institution where accuracy, security, and reliability are central to daily work. A defining gesture of the Operation Center is its layered façade strategy, engineered for both climate performance and institutional identity. Extended overhangs, vertical fins, and recessed glazing filter sunlight, reducing glare and heat while providing a unified exterior expression. The façade conveys stability and confidence—qualities deeply aligned with the bank’s brand. Inside, the architecture emphasizes visual calm and operational transparency. Work zones are interspersed with light-filled breakout corners, quiet rooms, and controlled collaborative pockets, adding a human scale to the otherwise high-capacity environment.
