Mixed–use
The Summit Tower is envisioned as a landmark high-rise that speaks to growth, prosperity, and the unbroken continuity between ground and sky. Rising 55 storeys within Bangkok’s central business district, the tower’s form emerges from a single sweeping curve—an architectural gesture that seeks freedom beyond the rigid constraints of the city’s setback rules and sky exposure allowances. This rising curve defines the project’s statement: an endless ascent, where one can feel the continuity of growth from the base of the building all the way toward the infinite sky. It is a form that is both symbolic and experiential, allowing the architecture to be seen and touched as an expression of aspiration and progress. Behind this clarity lies immense complexity. The challenge was to compress and orchestrate diverse programmatic and technical requirements into a singular gesture of simplicity. The curve reconciles structural rigor, vertical circulation, climatic response, and spatial variety into one coherent architectural expression— proving that simplicity can be the highest form of sophistication. The tower reflects Atelier of Architects’ philosophy that architecture is not only about form, but about its duty to improve the quality of life. Its spaces balance durability, unique experience, and locality, while the continuous form represents the vision of prosperity in motion. Summit Tower thus becomes more than a building: it is a visible and tangible statement of ambition, responsibility, and continuity—a dialogue between the ground of Bangkok and the limitless sky above.
