TCRX RESIDENCE

The TCRX Residence is a daily home set on a hill overlooking a quiet lake, designed as a place where everyday life can unfold in close dialogue with nature. The architecture uses a geometric reconfiguration of the site to frame an internal courtyard, while extending outward with an overhanging swimming pool that projects toward the water below. The house pushes its master bedroom forward, seemingly suspended in the sky, to capture long views of the lake and surrounding greenery. This gesture transforms ordinary routines—waking, resting, reflecting—into experiences intimately connected with horizon and landscape. The design language is rooted in modern minimalism, reducing expression to its essentials. Rather than competing with the setting, the architecture allows the surface of water, the movement of light, and the presence of trees to become part of daily living. It embodies a simplicity that is not austere but generous—clarity that makes room for personal attachment and comfort.
